How do I book a time and date for classes I've paid for?
As soon as your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email containing the contact details of your chosen Service Provider. The Service Provider will also receive your details. We recommend Parents make the first contact to schedule their first class or session.
What if my kid's don't want to go to a term based activity after only a few classes?
With our Premium Subscription, Trial Pass members receive a payment safety net. That means, if your kid/s stop attending an activity before the 4th class or session, Trial Pass will reimburse the member to the value not yet availed. Terms and conditions apply.
